1. I’ve changed my mind / made a mistake, what should I do? These things do happen; we will make the best effort to facilitate a replacement product or refund. Please contact our team and we will guide you through the process. If your goods are still boxed and not open in the condition you received them, you may return them within 20 days . Terms and Conditions apply please see our Return Policy for specifics.

2. I’ve received something different to what I ordered, what should I do? If you are missing an item on your order or have received something different, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order so we can investigate this and resolve it for you ASAP. 3. My item looks damaged or faulty, what do I do? If your item looks damaged please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order so we can investigate this and resolve it for you ASAP. You can call us on (03) 7019 7530 or send us an email at [email protected]

4. Can I change my delivery address after placing an order? Yes, you can. Please contact our team within 24 hours of placing your order if you wish to make any changes including the delivery address.

5. Do you ship Australia wide? and internationally? Yes, we do ship Australia-wide! You can use the delivery calculator available at ‘view cart’ by simply inputting your postcode. If you require item/s shipped internationally please send us an email at [email protected] 

6. How will I know when my order has been shipped or if my order is on its way? Your order status will update to ‘Awaiting Shipment’ when a courier is booked. When the courier has picked up your order, your order status will change to ‘Shipped’. You will then receive tracking details from our thrid party delivery partners (AusPost, TNT, Toll, Courier Please or another of our couriers). Should you not receive this information please contact us.

7. Can I split my delivery if I need certain items sooner? Yes, you can! If you need items faster than the general 3-10 business days  please call us on (03) 7019 7530 to contact us on how we may be able to help. Additional delivery fees for express shipping may apply.
