Free delivery on tapware, showers and bathroom accessories for orders over $150 and free delivery on every cart above $1000 in Melbourne metro area (conditions apply). Shipping cost changes by the dimentions and the weigth of the products. You can check the delivery cost just open your: CART (at the top right of the web page) with your products -> VIEW CART -> SHIPPING, and insert your state and postcode.

We care about your data, that's why we have an encryption certificate to protect them. When your card info is processed, it is completely safe, hidden even to us, we just get the payment.
Once your order has been placed and payment processed, your products will be shipped in 3-6 business days. Products listed may not necessarily be in stock and immediately available but if there is a delay our team will contact you.
Our preferred courier service is Sendle for items under 25kg, and Star Track for heavier items. All our products are shipped with insurance.
You will receive a notification when your order is dispatched and after when it is picked up by the courrier.
If you have specific delivery instructions, please specify in the comment area at the check out, under the shipping cost: there will be the section "comment" where you can type the delivery instructions.
- If we don't receive any delivery instructions for small-medium items, the courier will leave them at the delivery address.
- It is possible to deliver to a PO box or a parcel locker.
- For large items it is required that you (or someone on your behalf) are at the delivery address to give instructions/help the delivery guy during the unloading process.
No part of the Returns Policy is intended to limit any rights or remedies customers may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) or equivalent State and Territory legislation.
Damaged or faulty goods:
If you receive damaged goods, please notify the delivery driver at the time of the delivery. Keep particular attention at the package and if there is any scratch/dent, refer to the delivery driver.
If you notice a problem, notify us within 24 hours from the delivery by our contact form , live chat or telephone call. Claims are not accepted after 24 hours as we can not determine when the damage occurred.
Faulty goods are covered by product warranty from the supplier with an after sales service support, our team is here to assist you in case of problems. Product Warranty in commercial building may be different from the standard product warranty.
All our products are sent in the original package, so they are factory-packed properly to avoid any kind of problem during the delivery journey.
Change of mind:
If you change your mind, you have 20 days from the purchase date to return goods using your preferred shipping service.
15% of restocking fees are applied to tapware, showers and accessories, plus the shipping cost. For basins/sinks and large items there is a restocking fee of 20% plus the shipping cost.
The returning goods must be unpacked, unused and not damaged. The refund will be done once gooods are inspected.
Custom made items cannot be returned:
-Custom made vanities (all vanities made for the customer or modified to satisfy customer needs)
-Custom made tapware (tapware with special finishes made by ordination, as Fauset Strommen tapware) and special finishes tapware/accessories (jamie j polished and brushed finishes).
-Products imported just for the customer.
