Delivery Offers Available
Free Shipping - Free delivery on tapware, showers and bathroom accessories for orders over $100 Australia wide, and FREE delivery on every cart above $500 in the Melbourne metro area.
Victoria Regional deliveries and the rest of Australia will incur a nominal delivery fee, dependent on products and location to cover part of the delivery cost and insurances so that you have peace of mind that items are protected during the transport process.
Regular Ship of stocked items- Generally 3-10 business days delivery frame to most metro areas. if your item is out of stock you will be notified. You can decide to keep the item on back order, or with the help of our expert staff select an alternative or ask for a product refund. If you need your items faster than the general 3-10 business days please call us on (03) 7019 7530 to contact us on how we may be able to help. Additional delivery fees for express shipping may apply.
Custom Products lead and ship times - Some items that are made to order right here in Australia incur longer delivery times due to production. These include items from our key suppliers:
ADP custom vanities, shaving cabinets, tall boys, etc.
Timberline custom vanities, shaving cabinets, tall boys, etc.
Brodware tapware - everything not chrome.
Nood Basins - non stocked items.
Domus Living - special sized shower floors.
and any other item that is a specific customer request from these or other key suppliers.
To make your renovation process easy, we can offer a split delivery service where 'Rough In' items can be delivered before 'Fit Off' items are required. A maximum of 2 deliveries can be arranged. In general 'rough in' tapware is delivered free, however delivery fees may apply if large items such as in-wall toilets, insert baths or shower floors are required as part of the Rough In process. Local Pickup - We offer pick up from our Warehouse in Eltham, VIC, if you wish to pick your order from our warehouse you can select this option at the check-out and no delivery fee will automatically apply to your order.
Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any timeframes for delivery are estimates only. Time is not of the essence for any timeframes given. Any estimates made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from, without limitation, postal delays or force majeure for which Mimicoco will not be responsible.
Pickup of Products can also be arranged from our warehouse location. Once removed from the warehouse location by either yourself or your self-arranged transport, the Products are then at your risk and you are responsible for any loss, damage or deterioration to them.
Heavy and Fragile Item Delivery Assistance
All our deliveries are handled by third party couriers and as such require assistance on site to unload and carry heavy item/s. Please be sure that someone is on site to assist. If there are access difficulties at your home, please contact our customer service team. Redelivery fees will apply if the driver is unable to deliver products when they arrive to site.
Some very remote locations may not be accessible by our logistics suppliers and your items will be delivered to the nearest transport depot, hub or Post Office. You will be advised by our delivery company if this is the case.
Damaged or faulty goods:
If you receive damaged goods, please notify the delivery driver at the time of the delivery. Pay particular attention to the package and if there is any scratch/dent, refer to the delivery driver.
If you notice a problem, notify us within 24 hours of the delivery using our contact form, live chat or telephone. Claims are not accepted after 24 hours as we can not determine when the damage occurred.
Faulty goods are covered by product warranty from the supplier with an after sales service support, our team is here to assist you in case of problems. Product Warranty in commercial building may be different from the standard product warranty.
